| UPDATE
IT Head for the online school:
Just got a bump in the pay: now 40K/yr plus benefits from the 30K/yr
with benefits. Nice hike. Why? They found out I could program. Duh.
How'd they miss that.
The "Senior Perl Programmer":
Resume Submitted. Awaiting confirmation of interview date (hopefully Monday).
Needless to say I will HAPPILY be making a minimum of 10K/yr more starting no later than this tiem next month!!

Yesterday I recieved a letter my insurance stating that they were going to cancel my my insurance for non-payment.
Note:
1) They jacked my insurance to $590 because "they do no have proof of prior"
2) My bank is only cleared the $370 a month that it was quoted and BILLED at.
3) The $370 is missing....
4) Well obviously they lost my proof of prior, for the 4th time.
WTF.
SO, I've got the head of my broker's firm harassing the living shit out
of my insurance co, seeing as I am the one that maintains all of his
computing devices, including his business critical services.
I want that job.

That last one I mentioned....
I kept up some email conversation up over night and today, and arranged
a meeting over a cup of coffee whilest I was in center city today...
So.. the guy is the head of their IT department, and would like to rush
me through the HR process of interview etc.. Says I should ask for
something like $60,000 a year.
 
So I'm gonna crank out a proper resume for this type of position, then
take up for an interview on Monday if I can, since I already have the
day off.
